Okey-dokey, folks, this is what I wore to work today.
My cousin wore this dress on Thanksgiving and I loved it so much I asked her if she would be upset if I bought my own. She seemed thrilled that I appreciated her taste, and I’m so glad – because this dress is so very comfortable! It’s the Diamond Print Smock Dress at Forever21. I rarely, rarely shop at Forever21 because I feel rather guilty about “fast fashion”, but this is actually a fairly well-made dress. It is soft, comfortable in warm and cool weather, and has held up for several wears without pilling. I adore it and hope to wear it many more times in the future.
I paired it with burgundy tights and some brown mock-alligator open-toed Mary Janes that I found at Ross a bajillion moons ago and had kind of forgotten about.
